You can't argue with statistics!
Our guest speaker at Women's Council of Realtors meeting was Mike Harvey, President of Thomas Jefferson Partnership for Economic Development. "The supply and demand will lead to higher inventory and future price declines". While crisis in new construction keeps the inventory of homes down, the effects of of it are negative for our economy. Very good points and lots to think about!
