Brokers and lenders are just like vegetables...

...and before I start getting e-mails, that title means you can find the best ones locally.

A transaction I had not too long ago reminds me of this; clients on the other side of the transaction had gone with an out-of-state real estate agent, lender, and title company, and everyone involved spent extra time reminding the out-of-state parties involved about Virginia laws. Going through that as an agent isn't that important, I've dealt with it before, but how many times are most people going to buy or sell a home in their lifetime? Isn't it stressful enough?

When out-of-state buyers come to me, I help them find the best local people for the job. I know what to expect from them, and I've been in the business long enough so that they know what to expect from me!
