My trip to Japan was big success. I had such a wonderful time and learned a lot about this fascinating culture and people.What amazed me the most is how polite Japanese people. They always put others ahead of themselves. At first when I noticed some wearing a face mask on the streets of Tokyo, I thought they were afraid to get sick, but later I found out they did not want to get others sick. There is also so much individuality, style and good taste in them.
Customer service in Japan is worth mentioning too. I never felt so good spending money, it's a joke but there is truth to it. I always got the same attention and appreciation for my business in all stores, hotels, and restaurants, no matter how big or small, expensive or inexpensive they were. I always felt that I was their special client. This is how I want my clients to feel when they are working with me. I really mean it....
