Fry's Spring Bridge Construction - update
"In continued gesture of transparency, The VDOT Site Manager reports that VDOT expected the new batch of improved signs ("no outlet," for Todd Ave. etc.) to go up yesterday 4/25. Due to a miscommunication about timing with the contractor and unexpected negotiations with the subcontractor, the signs' arrival is delayed. Among the signs will be "No Outlet" sign posted on the corner of Hill St. and Robertson Ave.- indicating no outlet beyond that intersection,- "no loitering" to be posted around the bridge construction site, and improved business access signs for the corner businesses."

It seems like every road in this part of town is under construction. I bit of a pain but I am getting used to it.
