Ode to Bodo's
Every C'villian knows about Bodo's, it's part of our culture and daily life. In my opinion, it is the most democratic place in town. I see people people of different backgrounds and ages over there. Bodo's is such a great business model, they have a very simple menu with healthy choices, friendly customer service, They are inexpensive, local, and they are quick. What's not to love!? Ironically, my husband and I avoided Bodo's for several years. We thought they were not New York-y enough. Who cares now? It is our own Charlottesville style bagel place with it's own identity and taste. See you at Bodo's!
