The more things change...

CAAR.com just released their 3rd quarter report, which is an interesting read for those looking to buy or sell a home. C-Ville is a little different from the rest of the country since we don't think in terms of a bubble bursting, but our primary concern is adjusting from a seller's market to a buyer's market. I have a few clients who are looking both to sell AND buy a new home, and the toughest part for selling now has to be the willingness to show flexibility (you can't just name a price and stick with it). There is definitely more of a balance now, though time will tell if it starts to tip strongly in the other direction...
