Whew, what a busy month!
How have you all been? It's certainly been a crazy month, but at the end of it all, I won the sales award in my office! Thanks to all the wonderful people with whom I worked!* This past week my husband and I went to The Paramount for the opera. If you're planning to go for a performance in the future I recommend balcony seats, because you can see the supertitles without craning your neck. I loved the performances, and my husband enjoyed "The Marriage of Figaro" because he recognized the music from all the Bugs Bunny cartoons he watched.
The season at the Paramount is almost over, but there are still some great performances to check out! Here's the full schedule.
* Winter's over, and one of my favorite things about spring in Charlottesville is the opening of the City Market by the Downtown Mall. It's still a little early for produce, but I can still walk around the flowers and plants. I even found a City Market blog!
