Is the bubble bursting?

I found this interesting article on the softening of the housing market in the DC area. It certainly is no longer the case when sellers can pluck a price out of thin air, and I've warned my clients time and again about the problems of interest-only loans. A similar report is coming soon about the C-Ville real estate market; keep an eye on this blog, as I will post it as soon as it comes out!
