The New Yorker just mentioned Charlottesville's restaurant Taste of China. Why? Read the piece about "The chef who can't shake his followers". The Changians, his followers, don't just like his food but literally follow him from one restaurant to the other.
There are a lot of theories on why Mr. Chang does not settle in one town. One of the theories is that he can't deal with success and moves from one place to another.
